1. I think the Dawn ad best promotes the benefits of the product. This detergent is so gentle and effective, it can be used to clean oil from animals without causing the animal harm. It is an emotional appeal to a disaster that has been prominent in the news and, by offering to donate $1 from every purchase to help a wildlife organization, gives each buyer the satisfaction of having helped.
ReplyDelete2. The iPhone ad creates the most desire for the product. Who doesn't want to actually "see" the person on the other end of the line? Grandparents can see their grandchildren, a traveling parent can see babies first steps, a soldier can be at the first ultrasound; very persuasive.
1. The Samsung Refrigerator best promotes the benefits of the product. The refrigerator shows how the little kid seemed hopeless with an ordinary one then with his voice in mind, the company developed one that had a third drawer at level for a toddler and it seemed to be useful for gatherings. The product was the main focus of the ad as well as the uniqueness of it.
ReplyDelete2. The Dawn ad was effective in creating desire for the product. When I saw the ad I felt sorry for the baby animals being cleaned from our own oil spill. It made you think about how they took their time to help out with their product. The name Dawn presents itself with that image and makes you want to get the soap due to the donation they send out to the wildlife. It makes you feel like you are helping out by going out and buying their product.
1. I think that the samsung refrigerator best benefits the product because it is easily useable by many different audiences. It isn't focused on one group of people so therefore it is easily used by any consumer young or old.
ReplyDelete2.I think the LED TV is effective at creating desire because its something that everyone can enjoy and something that is new. This TV does something that no other TV has been able to do and I think that will make people want it more.
1) The Dawn dish soap ad best shows the benefits this product provides. Dawn is willing to donate $1 to the save wildlife foundation with each purchase. The dawn commercial says "Now your purchase can help", the consumer can feel as though by simply purchasing a bottle of dish soap, they are helping to save animals lives.
ReplyDelete2) The Apple iPad ad best created a desire for their product. In 30 seconds this ad showed roughly 10 different apps and functions the iPad had, the ad showed the speed of the iPad as well as the feature of something slim and lightweight for easy travel. Anyone these days would want whatever new and great technology is coming out.
1) The Samsung Refrigerator, I felt best benefited the product, due to it shows it being easily accessed by any age group even toddles now with use of a third drawer. The add focused on the refrigerator and I thought the ad was a well designed ad.
ReplyDelete2) The ad that I thought best created desire was the add for the LED TV because now days everyone wants the best of the best when it comes to televisions. The thought of this TV doing something that no other TV does makes it more desirable.
1)The Starbucks ad benefited it's product. They have thousands of people coming to make this tree, which indicates that not only do thousands of people drink this coffee, but want to save the forest. Also giving back to their customers by giving them a free mug and on a certain day, free coffee.
ReplyDelete2)The Iphone 4 face time ad created the most desire. They targeted many ages in getting the product. They made it seem like you would never miss an important moment, which not many people want to miss anything.
1) The Dawn Ultra ad for saving the Wildlife is the best at showing the benefits of purchasing the product to the consumers. Instead of usually just buying normal soap for the household, the consumers can feel a sense of helping out society when they purchase this product. By using the animals in the care of humans and seeing the oil spill off, they are using the consumer's emotional appeal because who can turn down an animal in need?
ReplyDelete2) The ad for the Iphone 4 Facetime is the best at creating a sense of desire or want for a product. When they show monumental moments at every stage of life, Apple is trying to instill in your mind that although you may be far away from someone, their product can make that disappear. On special moments, everyone wants their loved ones to be there and this ad for the Factime creates a want for this product because it can achieve everyone being there through a cellular device.
1) I think the Dawn Ultra ad does the best job at promoting the benefits. By giving consumers a chance to help society and make a difference in wildlife, it will create a sense of purpose, which every human being desires. Using animals is a good way to appeal to emotions because animals become part of people's everyday lives and part of their families.
ReplyDelete2) I think that the ad for Pretzel M&M's creates a sense of desire because it has to do with food. I don't know about everyone else but I LOVE chocolate. Seeing two of your favorite snacks such as pretzels and M&Ms combined is brilliant and makes me crave them immediatley.
1) I think Dawn Ultra ad shows the best promotion for there product. They make you feel like a good person for buying there product. Since your purchase of there product helps out the world it gives you a heart warming feeling. They also have young animals shown in there ad making there product hard to reject when you watch it. While others like Starbucks are to help the world Dawns' ad seems more beneficial.
ReplyDelete2)I agree with many others M$Ms ad makes you want there product the most. There ad makes you laugh and everyone likes M$Ms for candy. I feel this makes me want the product more then anything else because it is affordable and the ad makes it sound real appetising.
1. The best ad that I think that promotes its benefits is DAWN ULTRA: Dawn Saves The Wildlife. Due to the fact that Dawn Ultra will donate a dollar for every purchase made as well as show that the dish-washing soap is strong enough to wash away oil but genital enough to clean an animal like a baby duck.
ReplyDelete2. The best ad that I think is the most effective at creating desire (or want) for the company’s product is the SONY PLAYSTATION 3 MOVE: Epic Gaming For All because in the ad Sony first has the Vice President Kevin Butler help promote the ad by showing that it brings families together and It is fun for all.
1. The Apple Face Time commercial did the best at promoting the benefits of their product. It showed the product to be very universal through age, location, and ways to communicate. The commercial focused on many aspects resulting in all viewers to relate and benefit from this product.
ReplyDelete2. The Dawn commercial was the most effective in showing desire or want of their product. Dawn showed the viewers how they can help wildlife with the help of purchasing their product. Majority of consumers will buy a product if they know it is benefiting a cause. Therefore, more viewers are willing to want this product due to their want of saving wildlife.
1. I think the Dawn Ultra ad does the best to promote the benefit of the product. It does this by showing the ways that Dawn Ultra can help Wildlife by saying that for every bottle bought they will donate a dollar to funding Wildlife. It also promotes best by using poor innocent animals getting cleaned off to make us want to buy the product even more.
ReplyDelete2. I think the IPhone ad does the best to show desire for the company’s product. It does this by taking many different scenarios and placing the viewer in that moment making them feel for what is happening right there. It is also making us feel that we can capture those moments if we buy the product for Apple and not from a competitor with a similar product.
1. I think the Apple iPhone ad best promotes the benefits of the products because it shows how it is used to create a form of video communication that is not offered with any other cell phone. It shows that anyone can use it and it allows people to see one another no matter where they are.
ReplyDelete2. I think the Dawn commercial does the best to show the desire for the product because it is showing that it is also helping another cause. Just about everyone has heard of the tragedies from the oil spill and this is one way that people can help out without doing anything out of the ordinary.
1) After watching all ten commercials I believe that the Dawn Ultra soap commercial promotes the benefits of the product the best. Dawn achieves this by showing viewers how easily it removes oil from innocent animals. Not only does Dawn get the point across that it is tough on grease, it also shows that it is gentle enough to use on animals, and therefore humans as well. I think Dawn was very smart to use animals in the ad to play on people’s emotions while highlighting the benefits of the product.
ReplyDelete2) I believe that Sony does the best job at creating desire for the Playstation 3 Move system. Sony creates want for their product by showing an endless number of gaming possibilities while also showing how it is fun for everyone, at any age. I think what ultimately makes Sony’s commercial most appealing is the theme of high energy and intensity created by the actors, music, and colorful game graphics.
1. I believe that the ad that best promotes the benefit of the product would have to be the Dawn Ultra Clean. Not only does it show how great of a product it is for everyday dish cleaning, but it gives you a chance to help out wildlife by giving a dollar for each dawn product you purchase. The customers can basically kill 2 birds with one stone by making a dawn purchase.
ReplyDelete2. The Facetime AD shows the best desire for the company's product. It's more of a want than a need. Facetime allows you to talk to people all over the world & actually see what they are doing instead of just talking to them over the phone. It's quick and easy and very appealing to customers, so I think that this is the more desirable.
1. I feel the iPhone best promotes the benefits of the product. This ad gives many examples of the benefits of having this phone. The iphone will greatly benefit long distance relationships. It shows this with a man getting to see and talk to his new baby even though he has to be away. This phone is the first to have video calling and it shows how this will greatly benefit you by showing captivating scenes of how it has benefited others lives.
ReplyDelete2. I believe the Dawn ad is most effective at creating desire and/or want for the company's product. The Dawn ad plays on people's emotions, and love for animals. In today's world, the environment and making a change is a huge concern for most. Dawn is showing emotional scenes of an oil spill and animals being saved and cleaned of the oil with the Dawn. It then says that for every Dawn bottle bought they will donate one dollar to the cleanup effort. This will make people want to buy Dawn over any other dish soap not only because they want a dollar to go to helping the environment which is a huge issue right now, but people also believe Dawn cares about the environment and saving animals and people want to give their money to a good company like Dawn to feel as though they are helping Dawn to help the animals and our environment.
I believe that the dawn add is the most effective in making you feel like you want to help the cause by buying the product to donate. They tell the viewer how much they have already helped which makes you believe that you will be a direct help to wildlife which is such a popular thing to donate to right know. They show the helplessness of the animals to make you want to help them. It also shows how the product itself is used to do it which you dont see very often this makes the add unique from others helping a cause.
